TotalFighter fit is a leading boxing gym in Wollongong. We offer the best in Boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tuition. Operating since 2016, this is the perfect place to start your boxing journey. Our training environment is friendly, safe and ego-free and people of all levels and ages are welcome. Offering 1-1 or small group training sessions, each session is individualised. If you're a beginner, there will be a steady progression of skills, fitness and confidence – we adopt a crawl-before-you-walk philosophy that’s committed to improving your health and minimising injury risk.
For those who are nervous or a little anxious, you won't be overawed or feel intimidated. Important for some, you’ll get the fight fitness experience without the pressure of stepping into the ring or the octagon or large group gym.
Whether it's boxing or Muay Thai the striking and defensive drills are varied and changeable to keep things interesting and challenging with additional emphasis on breath control to help you stay relaxed and conserve energy whilst maximising hitting power.
Core training is optional for those wanting to improve their core strength. We'll mix up the functional exercises, keeping it varied, working the three key components of the core ie. front, sides and lower back.
From a boxing, Muay Thai or Jiu Jitsu perspective, we want you to be the best that you can be. It's all about you. Crucially, you won't get lost in a crowd or moved to the back. With our positive energy and individualised tuition, you’ll feel important, safe and welcome at TotalFighter fit.
