With working in Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy, Craig has a deep and sincere understanding of human nature, and takes a humanistic approach in his group, and one-to-one work. He is a Clinical Hypnotherapist who has completed training in Hypnosis Level 2, and Medical Hypnosis Level 1. Craig has also completed Time Base Technique Level 2 and is an NLP (neuro linguistic programming) Master Practitioner! Incidentally, he also has a First Aid Certificate. You could not be in safer hands!
Craig also applies his solid knowledge of brain functioning and how it relates to Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, to ensure that he facilitates optimal outcomes in his work. He has completed Neuro Relationship Technique Level 2.
Craig shares his own time between outdoor activities such as walking, kayaking, snow skiing and archery, and indoor activities, such as reading and working with electronics and computer applications. Coming from a background of engineering, he enjoys tinkering with things to get them in working order.
Lastly, Craig takes a humanistic view of the world as well, as in his work. He lives by this philosophy, and takes great joy out of helping others, who need his assistance. Nothing is too much trouble for Craig and he is thought highly of in his community.
