We had problems with our Motorhome in Karratha and STS diagnosed a few things to be rectified in Perth. We rang to book in and a lovely lady called Vanessa promptly arranged a day and asked various questions about the problem. She sounded very organised and knowledgeable. We were looked after extremely well and Vanessa kept us informed about what was happening.
As our vehicle is under 3 years old we were hopeful that everything would be covered under warranty. We have been having a series of unforeseen setbacks recently. Vanessa took everything on board and is currently working towards assisting us with our warranty claims. I was quite emotional with the worry of what expenses we would incur.
