I am an Italian chef, trained in Italy, in Michelin Star Restaurants, I moved to Australia in 2008 and I've worked for some of the most prestigious Italian Restaurants in Sydney (Pendolino, Fratelli Paradiso, Otto, Vini).
The focus is on Italian Cuisine and Modern Australian food, with the aim to cook and to teach people how to cook seasonal, sustainable, locally sourced produce, where is possible.
