I wish, I can provide less than 1 star because there is no option. They do not deserve any star at all. I got a frame done for my door and happy paid in advance what they quoted without any negotiation. As soon as they received the payment, they flipped and refused to install the door and the handle which I bought from them when they said they will install the whole lot. They even refused to drill the holes for the Door Handle, while the only reason for buying the lock and handle from them was that they said they will install it for me. This was only the tip of the iceberg. They intentionally did not deliver the door on the agreed date of delivery, despite confirming with them three times before the delivery date. They did not call me or answer my call when I tried to ask where is the door and finally went home for the day. I took day off from work for the delivery. Well next day they delivered the door in my absence, just left it in front of the garage and it now explains why they did not deliver it at the agreed date. The door seals and top of the door was damaged, the face of the door was facing inside instead of outside. There were marks on the face of the door. No keys for the door lock, no strike plate for the door lock, no door handle installed or delivered separately. Absolute unprofessional and rip off. Icing on the cake, they chopped my door off 16 MM more than it was required. And never bothered to call me. The primary contact who handled all this absolutely don't care what customers think or even know the meaning of customer service or how to read and execute the order which he quoted himself. I am quite sure the business owner is not even aware of what he is doing, and if he does then he obviously hasn't done anything about it. Dealing with them is like throwing money in a fire pit, you will get absolutely nothing in return. I am now in double loss, lost the door and the frame is useless because I don't have a door. I might take the matter to court to get my money back and my door back in original form, which I doubt, I will get anyway. Do not, I repeat, do not pay them in advance if you ever have to deal with them, My advise don't even bother to deal with them, stay clear.
