Great product. Putrid service.
As a business owner I’m horrified by the lack of customer service Jamie the first line of contact provided on multiple occasions. What was Ian and Verity thinking? Darwin has some pretty mediocre service but this lady takes the cake for absolute rude and disgusting behavior. I could write a whole essay but I’ll keep it short and to point. Learn to smile and be polite; when a customer asks a question just answer, you are not required to prove a lecture on why you do things your way. When you make a mistake just admit to it, don’t hide the evidence and blame it on the customer for your mistake. With service like this who needs competitors? Is this a case of too big to care? In future I’ll be taking my business to companies who do care.
