Despite all the good their director, Micheal Yardley preaches they do exactly the opposite! Never return phone calls, do not conduct repairs promptly if at all, do not clean properties or mow lawns. Do not attend to plumbing leaks until you threaten them, allow fences to fall down, rubbish to collect on property and other OH&S hazards totally ignored. Do not paint inside of apartments and leave paint peeling off walls etc etc etc.
Guaranteed to run your property down and minimise you rental returns.
Tenants and landlords stay well away!
