I digress that the staff at the beginning were very helpful, an unfortunate thing happened a few months after a small $400 deposit was left, I lost my job, I being the main breadwinner, could no longer afford to have the cash necessary for the dress. My partner called to let them know in light of everything we would need to cancel and was previously informed we would lose half of what we thought was the deposit. This was incorrect, infact we were told we would lose ALL of the deposit and I quote "We probably won't hunt you down for the rest". Now in my opinion paying for services rendered is fine and all, but you haven't even ordered anything, nor done anything but let my fiancee try on a few dresses, please tell me how that is worth over $1300 (Half the total dress cost). The only damn reason we have to cancel is because I lost my job. But thank you Luv Bridal, you have gone and really showed me how you handle such situations. You can't take 100% of a deposit and demand more for doing nothing. You can only charge for something you have actually done, and I doubt that much money is worth 45 minutes of your time, because if it is I am in the wrong field of work!
