WARNING Stay Well Away from Lance Condello and LFC!!
The extension he tried to do to our place was a disaster. 24 major faults picked up by both independent inspector, and a certifier. All faults where recognised by fair trading & NCATT.
Left with a repair bill in the tens of thousands.
Dispicable person that took advantage of a vulnerable pregnant woman while I was working away.
Have photos, building report & fair trading documents to back my claims. Which include but not limited to;
- failed to hook up sewer = 3 weeks worth of "all" waste pooling under house,
- uneven ceiling heights in all rooms,
- walls not plum or square,
- faulty water membrain in wet areas,
- floor drain in both bathroom and laundry at highest points in the floor!
- Non-compliant roofing,
- Destroyed our driveway with oversized excavator,
- Backdoor 15 mm or 1 1/2 cm out of Square.
- Non-compliant roof trusses and supports which when inspected we were told that surprise they hadn't collapsed.
LFC also tried to charge extra outside of the contract. Once we took them to court he tried to add extra money to the bill also!
All I can do is warn anyone and I will continue to warn anyone, as I would hate to see anyone have to suffer and go through what me my wife and our family have had to put up since employing Lance "can't do a Reno" Condello and LFC building services to conduct a renovation and extension.

Lance and his competent building team undertook a renovation of our house. We were very pleased with the outcome.
The team were efficient, punctual and very capable, when they came up with a problem identified on the plans which were drawn up by a Draughtsman they were able to resolve the issue in quick time using professional services at their disposal. Well done boys would recommend anytime.
The owner is hard to cooperate with. He did not deliver the quality that his website boasts about. Had to have everything redone. He left rubbish everywhere. When asked if he could clean up he got very mouthy. In no way is he professional. He's just an inexperienced kid. This business gets no recommendations from me.
LFC carried out extensions and renovation works to my home in 2013. The work carried out does not reflect the plans. The interior of the primary room varies from the plan by a significant amount. A door does not close in parallel to the room and the door jamb is crooked. There are but 2 errors of many.
As stated above, very poor workmanship and a complete disrespect demonstrated by this business. Certainly no recommendation from me.
