KSM Concreting Services in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast

Please do not use KSM Concrete Services as they are unethical and undertake illegal activities. On 23 June they parked across my driveway whilst on a job for my neighbour in Tamworth Drive, Helensvale, undertaking excavator activities across my driveway. When I approached them I was told it was 'council land' and 'was I going anywhere'. It was only when I said it was illegal to block my driveway and that I would be calling the police that they moved the truck back. There was plenty of space for them to do so in the first place. Yesterday they parked outside my house for 6 hours (this is a large truck and left no space for my cars) and proceeded to unload the bobcat excavator across our driveway and commence activities to and fro across our driveway with the bobcat excavator. I need to iterate that there was space for them to undertake all these activities outside our neighbour's house! There was no need to position this vehicle where they did for 6 hours or to undertaken those activities across my driveway. I had to park my cars up the road out of the way and my friend who visited parked in our driveway only to have them manoeuvre with the bobcat excavator dangerously close around her car. Again, they could have moved the truck rather than negotiate around her car. Hazardous, inconsiderate and illegal activities.

Steve Middleton, Director of KSM Concreting does not pay his debts.
KW Reo has taken him to court and won in April 2014 and he still refuses to pay.
He has sent emails stating how happy he was with the work and will pay - Email received 12/2/14.
I have had the conversation with Steve in regards to this matter, he did express his gratitude for the work that KW reinforcing has delivered. It has been a tough contract and we are in the final stage of getting a finish to it all. As per my previous email you will be paid by the end of month for the additional steel fixing & the late delivery of steel reo is to be determined and approved upon Steve's’ approval thanks.
KSM Concreting has still not paid and an enforcement oorder is in with the courts.
