Very negative experience on the phone. Phone manner very direct and borderline abrupt. I would not recommend unless you really have a strong personality and cope with directness to the full. Had questions about fees and costs and was refusing to explain costs over the phone. Just felt pressured to make an appointment but instead I politely declined and said I would think about it but not impressed.
