Inclusive Care Pty Ltd has been established with the belief that the government and society have a major role to play in making the lives of physically and mentally challenged people better. As a part of society, we fulfill our role by working as a provider for physical disability services in Mernda and overall Melbourne. We are one of the service providers for the NDIS or National Disability Insurance Scheme in Melbourne.
Support workers associated with our disability care centre are approachable, and so, you can easily discuss with them, the issues you might be facing at home and workplace. We provide a vast array of support services for adults as well as children. At our student disability centre in Mernda, we enable students with a disability to gain knowledge and valuable skills in their field of interest. We also provide support coordination to help you choose the right service providers as per your short-term and long-term needs and aspirations.
Along with providing transport assistance for disabled, we also carry out vehicle modifications to make travelling convenient. We conduct fun learning activities for visually impaired people and even provide them with vision equipment. Our goal is to encourage disabled people to live life as independently as possible by equipping them with necessary skills.
