I have never written a review before, but this was such a HORRIBLE experience, I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same. NEVER EVER USE HANNA COUTURE, she’s UNTRUSTWORTHY AND TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!

I ordered a custom dress which I wanted to be a replica of a cocktail dress I saw, so showed Hanna several pictures so that she had a very clear idea of what I wanted. The dress was going to be used for several sentimental special occasions. I met with Hanna at the beginning of November, and explained I needed the dress by my party on December 8th. She said it would be complete by November 29th.

Upon the first meeting Hanna quoted me a price of $1000, which I agreed to since I wanted the dress to be good quality, even though the dress was a simple cocktail dress.

On the first fitting she measured me, and then proceeded to make the mock-up of the dress. All in all, she called me back FIVE TIMES for separate fittings, even though I did not see much progress nearing the completion date.

Just before the agreed completion date, Hanna said that there’s no way she could finish the dress until the first week of December. On the 7th of December, she called me and demanded ANOTHER $1000 to complete the dress, DOUBLE THE AGREED PRICE!! After I regretfully paid her the extra money, she only finished the dress the day of my party TWO HOURS BEFORE!!!

The dress is bad quality, horribly fitted, incomplete and cannot ever be worn again. I should have cancelled the order when she called me in for so many fittings, was uncooperative, had bad customer service skills, and to top things off, demanded DOUBLE the money. I was desperate as I did not have anything else to wear in the day of the event – she took advantage of my situation, knowing that I needed it by a certain date.

I would not recommend Hanna Couture to ANYONE, especially if you want a special occasion or wedding dress. She is UNTRUSTWORTHY and TAKES ADVANTAGE of people! NEVER GO TO HANNA COUTURE.
