For the main course, we indulged in the chef's specialties. The steak, cooked to perfection, was tender and flavorful, paired with a velvety sauce that enhanced its natural richness. The grilled fish was fresh and flaky, complemented by a zesty citrus glaze that added a refreshing twist.
The desserts at Glass Brasserie were a sweet revelation. From the decadent chocolate fondant to the delicate lemon tart, each dessert was a work of art, beautifully presented and heavenly in taste.
