If you are thinking of listing your property with Frank Gordon Real Estate, think again!
A tenant that Frank Gordon put into my rental turned out to be someone I totally would not have rented to. On top of that the tenant had a pet that was unapproved by me. Screening process left much to be desired. Tried to contact property manager who did not return my calls (was trying to establish if the tenants claims they approved the pet was true or not) guess I wont find out...
Bad experience all round.
