Potential Buyers Beware!!!

DCB in Fyshwick ACT are complete shonks, they take a decent product and ruin it with incompetence in measuring and installation (order parts with hinges on the wrong side, order doors with incorrect sizes, and this happens multiple times on the same job, do you want to wait 5 months for your window furnishings - if you do then use these people by all means.

Complete and utter nightmare getting timber shutters with Dollar Curtains and Blinds in 2015. I was told 2 months, which is a reasonable time for these things to come from China, but the whole ordeal took over 5 months because they couldn't order the correct parts time and time again. And then when they tried to install they damaged extra bits of timber, and by the end it seriously looked like it had been put together by a child.

Whether they had a trainee on or not is not the issue because no-one checks the quality of work, and if they stuff up the work don't expect them to be in any haste to fix it. They couldn't be less helpful.

Previously I had ordered timber shutters through 'The Blind Man' company and they were good, a little expensive but in hindsight well worth the extra cost, I should have stuck with them. I will spread the word that DCB are to be avoided at all costs.
