Culburra Kitchens & Bathrooms in Culburra Beach

I had the misfortune today to have dealings with the owner of this company and I can honestly say that, as a customer, I have never been treated so rudely by any business that I’ve ever dealt with before. I ordered a free standing cupboard complete and when I went to collect it the kick board wasn’t attached so therefore it was not a completed item. I had also requested on ordering that they would attach a handle that I would supply. This was agreed then denied when I came to pick up. I asked for the kick board to be attached but the owner told me his workers were all out and he didn’t know when they’d be back. I asked him if he would do it and he replied that he wouldn’t. When I complained that it wasn’t fit for purpose he became angry and tried to grab a shelf from my hand saying he’d give me my money back. Be careful when dealing with this arrogant builder! His attitude is terrible and the workmanship is second rate. I have to give it a 1 star rating because this site won’t allow a 0 star rating.
