I had issues with what I thought was our Volvo trailer connection, so from the recommendation of my mechanic, called Stuart at Chamberlains auto mechanics. He was able to fit us in at short notice which was terrific. In addition, he would not accept payment after a member of his team (Doug) was unable to identify a problem with the car connection itself, despite having spent half an hour on it. It was suggested that I purchase a new trailer connection - which I did, however this did not work, and so the following day, Doug visited my property to take a look at the trailer, (I wasn't very comfortable driving a fully loaded trailer through the city). The problem was identified and corrected within half an hour, at a very reasonable price (I was expecting to pay at least double). Thank you Stuart and Doug for you great service. I will be recommending Chamberlains Auto Electrics to all my friends and family.
