CAT Concretor in Melton

I paid $4000 in advance for him to dig and pour 15mtrs of concrete footings. The inspection failed and he never returned to pour the concrete or install the steel. On top of that he broke the neighbours windows and smashed their roof tiles with his bobcat. I contacted consumer affairs and they are aware of his dodgy work.
