The staff at all levels, from the receptionist to the sale rep, were friendly and helpful. When we arrived early, other staff ensured we were looked after until our sale person arrived. Even though the car took a little longer than the predicted time to be ready, staff explained the problem and compensated for the wait with new mats for the front of the car. All paper work was explained and processed professionally. Very impressive.
