Barry Kalms Watchmaker in Heatley, Townsville

I've taken my watches to Barry a few times, I also had my fathers old pocket watch restored as a 70th birthday present. I've never had a problem with Barry and his services.

I seriously recommend you do NOT take your watch/clock to this man

Customer service is about making it easy for people; but this fellow made it awkward and a huge waste of my time. He doesn't have electronic services but didn't advise me of that. So when I went all the way back to get my property, he said cash only. When I asked about a direct debit he was so rude and short, " no, I don't do that". So I had to go off and get cash and go all the way back. What a rude angry little man. First and last time I shall use his services. I wouldn't even give him one star but for the system that requires it.
