Australian ABC College in Cabramatta, Fairfield

The teaching materials, staffs, tutors and teachers are fantastic. However, the principle (Ms Pam) is a completely ignorant and rude to parent of additional need kids. She is not interested if your kids is identified as having additional need (I.e. Required additional attention to understand the teaching materials).

It's a shame. Ms Pam, a complete let down. No parents should be treated as second class citizen. They are trying hard to ensure their kids doesn't fall behind in their schooling. Approx $500 a term is not cheap.

First, I though she was having a bad day. But after a few incidents, it is not acceptable. Very dissapointed.

Administration staff and principal was rude when we called just to enquire. Very pushy. Wanted us to sign up for more than we needed, seems very money orientated. We went with Ngo Tutoring in Fairfield instead.
