ABC Counselling & Hypnotherapy in Balgownie, Wollongong

I went to see Patrica Ryan for anxiety and depression. Pat suggested Hypnotherapy to me and I thought I'd try it.
The results where amazing she has really turned my life. I had 4 sessions in total and the result changed my life. I am more positive and when I have problem I know how to deal with it and it is resolved properly. Those feelings I had before going to Pat don't seem to be there.
I would recommend Patricia Ryan's technique of hypnotherapy to everyone. Her kind and patient approach really helped me over come my issues. I can not thank Patricia enough a for turning my life around.
